I find it a little shocking that patients receiving such a high dosage of Phentermine only lost an average of 33lbs in as many months as 6. I consume only 30mg of Phentermine a day and have lost 36lbs. in as little as 3 months. This is with only 3 days of moderate exercising a wk. & watching my calorie & fat consumption. I'd always assumed 30+lbs. in 3 months was average. I can't imagine taking any more than the 37mg. dosage a day. Any more than that sounds way too high.
