  • That was actually 30 DU. Learn to count and then learn to DU because your form is terrible.

  • its pretty good but your jumping form is a little waste of your energy, try jumping from your toes, and without the bend in your knees

  • not bad man not bad! Excellent workout hey? I usually start to get tired around 70 or so, and by 100 im ready to quit. Could probably force out 120 or 130 but thats pushin it, plus i find double unders harder on the knees.
