KP DUTY did not work for me i wish it did i invest so much money in the two products. I did some research and found some things that are working for me and it's clearing up more each day. I'm using clearasil ultra scrub, along with Paula's Choice weightless body treatment with 2% Beta Hydroxy Acid. Good luck!

try these possible treatments or cures: sunbathing(20 minutes), lemon over skin, vitamin D and fish oil, dandruff shampoo, ingesting apple cider vinegar, using certain soaps, coconut oil, exercising, laser treatment, sea salt in bath, hydrogen peroxide, bleach, eating chicken liver, ground flaxseed, . Look up dermodex parasite

the only way to get rid of keratosis is to use a super-hydrating lotion. i went to my doctor, and they all told me too exfoliate but that only just made everything worse and clogged up all of the pores again with dry skin (thats what keratosis is) and it gives horrible scars in a dark color. for this, i went to lush and one lady there had told me she used to have it but got rid of it. her doctor told her the same thing and she has scars to!

i am 24 and i had been a victim of kp since 13. This is wat i lately used and its working... since 10days i m rubbing black cumin seeds powder on my bumps and then use dove soap very lightly. Soon after my bath i apply vigin coconut oil and this is very important. I hav already lost 40% of my bumps and i m sure within a month i ll b free of these bumps.. pls try this simple one. i m sure it works for everyone. Black cumin seeds are amazing. Google it if u r nt sure
