@vspectra If you want to snap some shit up, yes. Never do dumbbell deadlifts. ALWAYS use a barbell for deadlifting.

@MrJsmooth1992 Start with the overhand grip. When the weight gets too heavy to hold, then use an alternating grip.

Pull-ups, deadlifts, and bent over rows, all are great back muscle builders and all work different parts of the back. Why not do all three? Stop bitching.
