Well, I do video of the pets, fishing, my plants, acting silly etc. So why not cooking. Try it if you like.

Clarification: The green writing says to remove (rice dish) from burner after 15 minute cooking time and let stand (covered) 5 minutes before fluffing with fork.

I also forgot I usually add a tablespoonful of olive oil to the water for the rice also.

Adjust your timer on you oven as needed. Usually between 40-50 minutes is plenty of time for bone in chicken breast. As long as the juice on the chicken runs clear you are good.

  • I made this two weeks ago, but I used herb butter and it was great. I cooked it for about 55 minutes.

  • @Mrsonelife Cool! Glad it turned out yummy for you. : )

  • I cook my chicken at 430 for an hour, but it still comes out looking pinkish white. I have to bake it for almost two hours so it can be well cooked.

  • @jaimeg123prmt Sounds like an oven issue. At 375 mine (breast with bone in) cook in 40-50 minutes.

  • @LaoSoftware No. The oven is set on 375. Standard setting. Broil is a much higher setting temperature wise. I believe when you use broil which I would use for steaks it gets about 500 degress in the oven. Foil is just to make cleanup easier. It cooks all the way through just fine.

  • @Traveler2112 : Are you sure you bake it? You have foil liner in your roasting pan. The foil prevents the heating element beneath the pan to heat up. I'm guessing you're using the broil setting instead. Right?

  • LOOKS DELICIOUS...GIVING IT A GO TODAY!!!!!!!!!!
