  • Nope. You get too much pressure by unwrapping the tensor bandage that way.

    Wrap it so it unrolls from the bottom not the top.

  • @ZArFALKBEER this isnt to support your ankle. You should get a ankle brace if your going to complain about support. The point of a compression wrap it to compress and heat the ankle to encourage healing.

  • switching the camer angel was confusing. they should have just left it on the original view but it works. thanks about explaining the "too loose", "too tight".

  • when i sprained my ankle i wore a elasticated tubilar banfage (tubigrip) this is muck better than wrap around 1s
