  • According to the video description, it was in Panama.

  • thats exactly what it is symbolizing. this is an alternate ending. in some versions... im not sure if they did it in this one.. it was too far away to see. but in some versions the emcee has the star of david on his chest, and a pink triangel (which symblized homosexuals during the nazi concentration camp times)

  • dude this is the first spanish version of cabaret... its awesome... me gusta

  • no i get the same interpretation -- at the end, he is "pretending" (wrong word, i know) to be a jewish prisoner. that's why there is tension in his voice. and then, the smoke represents a few things: prisoners being gassed, the illusion of how quickly things can disappear, and to show how much empty space it can fill once everything you once knew was gone.

  • Is the smoke symbolizing the emcee being gassed or is my interpretation totally wrong?
