I am a Safety Officer for a large transportation company. It is one of my duties to provide training to drivers on how to avoid Fatigued Driving. Fatigued Driving is the same as driving after having Three 1 oz. shots of alcohol or about four 12 oz. beers. The best way to avoid the dangers of fatigued driving is to avoid driving when tired, sick or after drinking. If you find yourself fatigued, stop and take a 15 minute nap. If you have a licensed driver with you, take turns driving.
