This guy wil have the Sox closer job by mid May. Thorntonhas already blown 3 saves and has nowhere near the stuff this kid has. Bigtime moving fastball and a truly nasrty slider. He's averaging almost 1.5K's per inning pitched for his MLB career so far.

he's doing a great job as a relief pitcher with the white sox this year. everyone is saying one day he should be a starter if he gets another pitch, but he just seems more like a reliever than a starter.
