The hack is called C99. It is "C99 Shell Script"
It is a really neat tool actually. You can use to do completely take over a remote computer. Password protect it and use some sessions (in PHP) and you can operate your PC remotely in a pretty neat way!

O really ?, i thought "Shells" were PHP designed navigation scripts to 'navigate' thru a site or even thru a server.
You include these scripts with an RFI bug so that you can upload this shell into their webspace.
