Dominant is right. I think the loser finally just exposed herself to end the exhausting, hopeless position she was in. She knew there was no way out and I think (subconsciously) offered the arm up as the most honorable way out. She just couldn't get away from that wicked arm trianble/neck crank (with one of her own arms trapped in it). Xana went back to that over and over and was close to getting a submission. It puts tremendous pressure on; besides, she was smothering her almost continuously.
