Terraria - Goblin Battle Standard

The goblin battle standard is an item that spawns the goblin invasion event when used.

To make the goblin battle standard, you will need:
10 tattered cloth
5 wood.
Stood at a sawmill.

Tattered cloth is dropped from goblin scouts that spawn outside of the goblin invasion event.

The goblin scout will only appear:
On the surface
During daytime
In the outer two-thirds of the World (lengthwise)
Above 0 depth
