There is some lag. The only game that I really notice the input lag is Metal Gear Solid 4. All my other games like Uncharted and Killzone seem fine.

No. I don't really have any problems playing on LCD televisions. I've owned 1 plasma and 3 different LCD's so far. I've never complained about gaming on them. It just feels right to me. I'm even playing without crosshairs.

I here if you are after a TV with 3D, is pretty pointless buying this samsung or any samsung. the lag is bad and the ghosting is terrible, along with bad juddering on fast motion when watching movies. I do like the image quality tho i must say, very bright like what i am use to with my LCD sony. cause i have just switched to a VT30 plasma and plasmas are not backlight lit so the images are dimmer. but everything else is SPOT ON.
