This is a Miata with a 302hp v8 engine stuck under the hood. there are no under steer tendencies despite the extra weight in the front. great car. more info go to www.monstermiata.com
Have Fun!
(yes that is a Ferrari 360)
A small comment Chevy's WILL work, two kit manufacturers do GM LSXs, mine is an LS2 (400 HP stock) which I one-off fabbed completely with a T-56 6 speed trans, Ford 8.8 IRS 3:73 gears & Detroit Posi. Mines a Gen I (NA)
My 2 Cents

Yes, they will. I found that information which was true a while ago, but not anymore. My uncle is currently putting a ' 07 corvette engine into his miata. Seems like you have a nice car too!

nice video, how fast is it 1/4? I am thinking about getting a 2nd gen miata for a track car. which v8 and what suspension and other mod do you have? thanks

it's a Ford 5.0 EFI. Ho. Mustang V8 (1986-1994) engine, but any 289/302 v8 will work.CHEVY'S WILL NOT WORK. This car (the blue one) goes about 150mph, and accelerates 0-60 in 4.8 seconds.
The differential is a Ford 7.5" IRS (1990-96) Thunderbird or cougar. The suspension standard, but with front and rear spring upgrades to allow for weight difference. the conversions work better with 1st gens, but is possible with a 2nd gen.
