I was arrested for so called "Cyberstalking" simply for Demanding an apology from political cartoonist Jim Day of the LVRJ on my personal website-
The police stated - "It wasn't illeegal for a married man to lie to me for 7 years in order to obtain sex- but it was illegal for me to tell the truth on my website and embarrass him"
My arrest was a complete sham-
I pled guilty to get out of jail-
could'nt use a computer for 5 years- and- now- I too- am allowed to exercise my 1st ammendment-

This whole video is the nightmare that Cheryl Shuman has gone through on YouTube over cyberstalking bullies like John David Briley who works under various channel names and with a team of misguided YouTubers who should know better!

Wow. Just wow. I hope to God that someone does something before a blogger has to pay with their life. Knowing the track record here, though, I doubt it. It's more than sad that death is the only way to get the attention of the big wigs in our country.
