Why does everybody go to the high C note on the high E string? You finish a scale on the root not the minor 3rd!

very cool! btw, what are the amp settings?

It's been a while since I recorded this so I don't know what my amp was set on. The amp I used was a 60 watt Fender Blues Deville 4x10 (tweed).
If I had to guess I'd say bass/treble/mid were about halfway up. Presence maybe higher than half. I was definitely using the gain channel. Gain knob was around 12.
I was using the bridge pickup on my les paul. Full volume and full tone on the guitar.
