$2.3 billion is 1/3 of 1% compared to TARP.

$2.3 billion is 1/4 of 1% compared to the moronic stimulus.

Personally, I'd like to get every cent of mis-spent money back from politicians, but going after Cheney and Halliburton for $2.3 billion is like hunting for squirrels for a meal when there's cows, pigs, and chickens standing right there.
