No, definately '84 - the next transmission of the film in the UK was the 15th December 1985.
Some of the adverts also appear have being doing their final rounds around this time - Vesta Curry (which was originally from 1981), "Lotta Bottle" and if I remember quite correctly, didn't I hear the words "Holiday 84" in one of the breaks.

The Maxwell advert was from 1983 - like almost everything here.
Maxwell had previously advertised their audio cassettes in 1982 - in the exact same fashion as this one. "Maxwell, break the sound barrier".
