목욕풍습이 중국에 비해 고려가 더욱 발전했다는 것이 "민족성"의 문제로 보는 것은 정확하다고 할수없다. 그런 식으로 본다면 일본인들의 목욕문화는 고려인들보다 더욱 발전했는데 그럼 일본인들에 비해 상대적으로 "드러운" 고려인들의 풍습도 "민족성"의 문제인가? 이런 풍습의 차이가 발전하는데는 이런 지역들간 갖고 있는 기후차이가 큰 역활을 했다고 할수있다.
