Throwing the burger down is referring to Obamacare being a model of Romneycare and now Romney saying he wants to repeal Obamacare, even though it is literally identical to what Romney put in place in Mass. He just doesn't like it, because Barack made it.
Also in Obamacare is a provision for heatlhcare mandates that was an original plan written and signed by house Republicans in 1993. The same guys who wrote it, now oppose it. All Obama did was bring back up a Republican plan.

Throwing the burger down = racism. Two burgers sharing the same bun = gay marriage. I think steak burning = obamacare. Dunno about ice tea bit.
