Most clavichords are tuned at a lower pitch, about 1/2 step lower. A=415 instead of 440.
Modern pitch was not established until the 20th century. Many 19th century pianos were tuned A=about 430.
Some harpsichords were tuned 1 whole step and even sometimes a minor 3rd lower than modern pitch.

It cost £750 used from The Early Music Shop in Bradford, England. Some people recommend the Harpsichord Clearing House for the US.
