MW2 unlimited ammo and automatic grenade launcher

a recent glitch, maybe mod, on MW2 where everyone has auto grenade launchers and unlimited ammo. This is on the XBOX and XBOXLive. I'm not sure if PS3 and PC are experiencing the same issues.

@HSxRyan you just have to have a gun with the grenade launcher attachment and be in a game with a modder I think. my roommate and I ended up in several games like this today and I assume it's either a glitch or someone is modding
