Finally, Basic Waist Hula Hooping, walking, turning and spinning. This tutorial is for beginners who have been asking me for a simple How-to-Hoop lesson for my website. Important detail not covered in this tutorial is how to self correct when the hoop begins to fall while waist hooping. One correction is to bend your knees to get under the hoop, keeping your shoulders back, and push faster to get the hoop back up to the waist. If the hoop keeps falling adjust to a larger hoop until you master the move, then switch to a smaller hoop as your skill increases. Enjoy!
