about the Greek yogurt, it is really yummy if you ad it on e.g. potato salad instead of mayo or sour cream.. plus it contains less fat, which makes it more healthy.. so yay :D

Well first, I can not believe you're 15 haha but anyway, great advice =) especially the jump rope. I just started doing it in PE and out teacher told us that five minutes of non-stop jumping is like running 5 miles =D plus it's great for getting rid of excess fat around your waist ^^
