陳先生以前學過鶴翔樁自發功,也能出自發動作,但每次只出功5分鐘左右,動作也不劇烈。他是怕出偏差。經我指點後,每次能出自發功30分鐘,動作是中等劇烈,屬拍打按摩型­,而且差不多每次都有新動作。他常做的動作是拍打〈肩膀〉和揮動兩手〈手大力甩動、他的肩受過傷,練功已有好轉〉。這是陳先生出功的一些片段。這裡沒收功動作,但他的收功­也是標準和安全的。
