The workers are required to ask every1 if they need help. the management thinks that 's the best way to deter shoplifters. I used to work there.

And yes, they hired people based on looks (no fatties and they love surfer guys and jocks and dumb blonds). I found most of my co-workers annoying and conceited. I quit after two weeks cuz interacting with my coworkers was making me dumber. My vocab @ the time consisted mostly of the following words: like, whoaaa, dude, omg, brauh, & righteous.

I've been to their store in Los Angeles and they were very helpful. A guy walked three times to their stock to check if they have some jackets in certain sizes.

@MissusFingerBottom lol yea when your around it enough, its pretty easy to pick up anywhere, plus I noticed that my abercrombie shirt used to make all my other shirts smell the same just by being in the same closet haha

@slevineleven007 she's crazy, I love the scent, my friends even spray it and put it in their bags and they are female. I can recognise the scent anywhere!

the store in my area is pretty alright..the boys are hot and helpful and will assist you, and offer advice. Oh and they are hot... and I love the signature scent! Most of my girlfriends love to drop by just to check the staff out! A&F sells using male sexuality, that isn't a secret, and it's refreshing because finally ladies get to have some eye candy.

@AmandaBear2010 yea true that lol some customers though hella annoyed me, there was this one lady who actually argued with my boss over the store scent, because it made her dizzy and that we should "turn" it down haha I was thinking, then why in hell are you coming here then?? lol

@AmandaBear2010 yea lol when people think abercrombie model, they think of the posters models haha I had one friend say "man you must get paid a lot then" and I was like "naw just minimum wage" haha not much when you consider that it can get pretty hectic sometimes

@slevineleven007 a little bit over a year. But after I tell people that I am an Abercrombie "model"...I then have to explain that I am not an actually a model model.... :/
