Making Orange Juice with a Green Star Juice Extractor

Real orange juice is supposed to have the pith left on when you make it. The pith has more vitamin C and bioflavonoids. There is also fiber in the pith. I decided to start to juice oranges frequently because I have an orange tree and I get kidney stones. Some people feel that you can cut down your chances of kidney stones by drinking fresh orange juice. Some say that lemons are better. There is so much conflicting information I don't know who to believe. So I'm experimenting on myself. And I'm using this Green Star juicer to make the orange juice because it does it very well.
