This is the final version of one I previously uploaded. I had More time editing and I added "canned" royalty free background mood music. I hope you like it. You have to really sit down and focus to get the feel I think. But, let me know...
This was a practice shoot with the Canon XH-A1 upon my early morning (4AM) arrival in Manila on Christmas Day 2007, my 1st Christmas since I left when I was 17. I was delighted to get a room with a view at the swanky Diamond Hotel on Roxas Blvd, a great "xmas gift" from above. I've never seen Manila Bay and the esplanade like this. As I observed the view and the day in solitude, I felt like I've come around in a full circle, fullfilled and nearly complete. I was content, thankful, and at peace -- as I waited for my wife and daughter to arrive from Olongapo City to meet up with me later in the afternoon of Christmas Day. They have been in the Philippines for a month prior to my arrival. With the traditional Noche Buena Xmas Eve family gatherings at her family side, I am sure they stayed up late and likely still sleeping as this was being filmed.
(Sorry, clip has plenty of wavy camera movement... no tripod was used and I still tired from the plane ride and jet lagged).
@dmitrivalencia - Thanks Dmitri!!!

@lovefilipina: sorry for a late reply... I seldom check my YT inbox but thank you much. It is Manila Bay and that is Roxas Boulevard. Likewise, all the best to you!
