@msnapk - Labor's scheme was flawed from the outset. EMS allows rich companies to buy the right to pollute and poor countries to carry the burden. You might have noticed that nobody's backing and EMS any more, including Labor? The Green's carbon tax is a fairer and more effective programme for tackling carbon emission.

Bob, forget urging the public to "Vote 1 Greens". They know how to do that if they wish. It may be better to educate them that they can "Vote 2 Greens" because the Liberal how-to-vote ticket is merely a recommendation not a prescription. Don't over-estimate public intelligence on matters political.
