  • definitely an 18" stone. I made this using a Slater atlas stone mold. Easy to make, little mess, take a month to cure perfectly.

  • Thanx man...My job is to train hard without excuses so more people can also do the same...Too many people out there just not doing what they could!

  • Sheng, you know first hand that I will always help make anything clear to you. Thanx for dropping in, for the compliment and for being the dynamite guy you are!

  • Thanx Dazzle! Somehow I get the feeling that you have a strong connection with the deuce-deuce. I'll make sure to wear it again for you in an upcoming demonstration of physicality! Thanx for your support!

  • Thanx Ian! All I can do is grow from each experience, rest, repair, and then prepare for another personal battle versus myself. You know my rule, I can not teach anyone else unless I master myself.

Btw, the stone definitely crushes the midsection but my ultra-progressive training modality prepares me for it. Everything in time!

Let me know how I can help you and keep up the great work!

  • Thanx Jim! I'll be sure to keep them coming!

  • @dlemanczyk Nice I have an 18" Slater mold. Made my first stone no insert and ended up weighing 220lbs. Does your stone have an heavier insert to get the weight up to 251?

  • Looks like a 18inch stone. And you can buy them online but they are expensive. You can make them yourself for cheap though.

  • That looks like an amazing workout and a fun one. What is the diameter size of that stone and where can you buy them??

    Thanks and great work!!

  • Very intense Dave! Good Show!
