She isn't really Marlon's daughter. She is Clockwork Doll (watch cappricio farce to know a bit more about her, she is also the living vessel of the Sloth/ 1 of the 7 Deadly Sin Vessels). Marlon's wife, &his daughter Michelle died in a car crash, but somehow (i dunno how) Clockwork Doll got into Marlon's hands, and because she looked so similar to Michelle, Marlon strongly/insanely believed she was his "daughter".
