  • This real kitchen puts the shit they do in Hell's Kitchen to shame. Bigger menu, narrower kitchen, looks like more tables. They should take those contestants and cram them in a space that small too.

Oh and make them take orders in half Spanish too!

  • "I'm too stupid"

    "I know I know"

  • i have a bachelor's degree in graphic design, but i want to start a career in the culinary world as a prep cook…any advice?

  • man i thought my home kitchen was narrow!

  • apoco el paisa es el vergota del restaurant y el antony es gato nomas. que orgullo paisa te felicito.

  • Is Carlos the guy from his first book? Then Carlos used to walk off on him all the time back in the day. Heh.

  • @enishicz28 Oh, you thought that was serious? I'm pretty sure that Tony respects Carlos too much to just be an ass like that. It was an act.

  • Although I respect the reality of working in a kitchen, the experience, skill and effort required, viewers should not forget that this is still a TV show meant to provide entertainment, many of the things you'll see has been scripted, edited and spliced purely for said entertainment.

  • The cooks must be quite patient to put up with his BS, even for 2 shifts.

  • I bet tony still wished he did drugs after this.

  • i bet those who dont speak spanish are confuse as fuck when listening to carlos in this epsidoe

  • There is sometimes a fine line between being able to do something and not being able to do it. I had a job that I was very good at, but sometimes I went home totally spent because it took everything I had to do it well. Would I care to go back to it in 10 years time to prove " I still had it " ? HELL NO ! ! !
