@eevilduckee2 Umm, the GRB would actually rip every molecule apart that used to belong to Earth. The amount of energy released from a gamma ray burst wouldn't have lasting effects because there would be NOTHING left over. Done. Gone. Finito. @1objection incorrect, antimatter is simply matter that is oppositely charged. So protons have a negative charge and electrons have a positive charge, making antiprotons and positrons. If antimatter comes into contact with regular matter, all the energy within both is released, causing an explosion.
