  • as a Scotsman, I am ashamed and embarrassed that fellow scots joined the "British army" to suppress the Irish people. We should have also been fighting for our own country, maybe together we could have reached our goal. There are too many traitors in Scotland who would rather be fucked by the Queen.

  • So if the Britts are "good"??? They kill women and children with several hundred thousands in Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan and invalidize small children. Do they have the moral right to play judgement all over the world???

  • I'm English and horrified by what the IRA did BUT if the British hadn't gone into Ireland in the first place none of these terrible things would have happened . The British have to accept that the IRA was their fault. And before they condemn the IRA atrocities maybe they should remember Bloody Sunday and other events of the kind. The British have plenty of blood on their hands, too. Sometimes their hypocrisy astounds me (and not just concerning Northern Ireland).

  • very intelligent man, never to be underestimated, plenty of guts, brains unlike most of the people who have commented here, do they even know the situation in the north of Ireland. Though i'm sure most post are by imbecile loyalist bigots

  • @lawndog6794 all iv done is state the facts..if they sound idiotic then thats your opinion.look into them and you will see for yourself

  • @GeordieBest1974 you're an idiot

  • My favourite bombing was the Harrods bombing in London in 1983. They blew a Yank tourist to shreds and once they found out they quicjly back-tracked and pretended it wasn't them. It doesn't do to kill the people paying for your bombs!

  • I've just read Dead Ground by Raymond Gilmour. It's amazing how much Mr McGuinness doesn't tell us in interviews.

  • @fionnoc northern ireland catholics had jobs but were encouraged to declare themselves unemployed and take benifit as well as work. thats the facts..as for martin,he is now officially working for the british, paid by the british and has accepted british rule in northern ireland by declaring his support for the crown forces within the p.s.n.i . he took his fancy titles and job, wheres his united ireland ??? in his fat wallet is where !

  • Its interesting how the plastic paddies in the USA were so into all this, politically backing and financing the Sinn Fein/IRA war on the other side of the Atlantic. Yet when it happened to them, namely 9/11 ocurred, the plastics now knew what it felt like and they turned against Sinn Fein/IRA and demanded they disarmed. Ted Kennedy said in 2005: "no political party can have an armed unit". He said it was wrong for Sinn fein to have elected representatives and have a personal arsenal of weapons.

  • @Shaftsus There is allot more to these things ... he is not the only one ... and not the only story. They are still doing these things there now ,, as we speak .... and they congratulate us on being mature enough to host the queen ... its ridiculas in the extreme

  • @kargwain187 that's actually sick just watched some old ITV report on it.
