How To start a fire with Your Jeans Tutorial! Survival

I will show how to start a fire using a piece of chard jeans you can use this for survival purposes, if you find a rock you can strike it to see if it is flint and will spark if it will you can start a fire by setting the spark on the jean material and it will burn for about 3 minutes, i used a lighter for time purposes, Comment on my videos please, thanks!

I always take my shoe polish with me when I go camping. God forbid being caught with dirty boots by the deer. They get very irate if my shoes aren't buffed to the max!

Ok cool so if I ever find my self in a survival situation all I need are jeans, a stove and a lighter. Wow I can't believe you can start a fire with such basic materials.

nice video, I suggest that you give a bit more detail what char cloth is for and why you would want it, also making these outside and on an open fire would be more entertaining and educational.

@dharmanova no... the more ridiculous part is that you need a stove. I'd have shoe polish before a stove. you fail. JK you don't fail.... but the whole point is this is preparation. Which is also silly.... just bring wax coated linen. or whatever.
