Member's Statement - November 29, 2011 - Impaired Driving

Dave Taylor, MLA for Calgary-Currie, asks the Alberta Government to refer their highly contentious Bill 26 to an all-party committee, to hold public hearings, and then to bring back a revised bill for the Assembly to consider next spring instead of ramming it through the Legislature. Unfortunately, the bill passed regardless.
