@TheWaynelds That's the thing. He let us know that it was translated content. "Und" signifies that it's German. Seriously, read the title before clicking on it. I think we're done here.
-
@PersonWhoMakesStuff i wasnt debating 'peter' to be translated. Im just attacking the uploader at the fact he didnt let us know that this was in german. (like i said, 'und' is easy to overlook when the rest is in english). If your video is using translated content, then it's a good idea to let us know that in the title so we dont even bother with the video in the 1st place and get into a huge debate over what should be translated and what shouldnt.
-
@TheWaynelds Go translate "Peter" in google translate. It won't work for "the proclaimers" as it doesn't recognize that as a proper noun, even though it is one. And just so you know, everything in the title is in German. For the last time, proper nouns don't translate.
Family Guy - proper noun
Peter - proper noun
the proclaimers - proper noun
It's not that hard to understand that the title is as German as possible without being grammatically incorrect.

@PersonWhoMakesStuff Im attacking the uploader because he didnt let us know that this video is in german (the und is kind of difficult to notice surrounded by ENGLISH words) At least he could put (In german) in the title. I still dont accept that those words shouldnt be translated. I think they should, proper noun or not. I still stand firm on my position Titles should match the content, and everything should be translated to german, or whatever language the video is in.
-
@TheWaynelds IT'S THE SAME IN EVERY FUCKING LANGUAGE. Why can you not get that? I'm supporting the uploader because he's fucking right. This is the same title in every language, except for the word 'und', BECAUSE IT'S NOT PROPER.
I'll even explain it for you.
Peter; this is a name, and therefore will never change in translation.
The Proclaimers; this is the name of a band. Rammstein is also the name of a band. Do you see a translation? No. So stop complaining and go get educated.
-
@PersonWhoMakesStuff I honestly dont see why you're standing up for this idiot uploader. And "FAMILY GUY" and "THE PROCLAIMERS" sounds english to me. Dont use english titles for a video thats not in english. Simple as that, so i dont see why you're attacking me for speaking out against dipshits like that.
