I personally I agree with you 100% and what a surprise 13-2 sucked too, granted it was slightly better but nothing special, if Square ever wants to get back on top then they have to do either...1. Make FF vs 13 kick ass or 2. remake or make GOOD sequels to classics like Chrono Trigger, FF6 or FF7

The last FF game I played was X. FF VI is the best in my opinion, but I am one of those people that actually liked Drakengard (both of them).

squaresoft made so many good games in a row until ffx and kh1...why cant squareenix?! i dont get it ...>_>
i guess graphic nowadays comes first and then the sexy look of the female main protagonist (hello serah! and ffx-2 is a good example too!)...and then the music...and then the whatever(maybe the gameplay)...and then the storyline..!

I grew up playing awesome squaresoft games and just kind of fell off the wagon after X-2. I don't have to go into detail because you pretty much said it all. I flipped my shit after I found out they made a sequel to 13 (a.k.a rpg-on-autopilot).
