Glen Bates & David Maddox were awesome too & Willie was at his awesome prime here. Dave is still awesome & is as smooth & melodious today as he was in this day & time......haven't heard Glen since these days but he sure was good & smooth in this day. Virgil is "filling-in" lead for a group out of Iuka, MS this weekend & I hope the Lord uses him for many years to come as he still sounds the same today as this video, just head full of gray hair & not skinny anymore. Oh! But this is so awesome & you will never know how much I appreciate you sharing this with us....we have no videos of this period & it is just all memories in my mind & heart. Virgil & I just got in from an almost 500 mile trip we made today & are so tired, but when a friend made me aware of another video posted, we watched it together & it is precious to see it! This was my very FAVORITE group of guys that made the Tennesseans & sure, I am prejudiced as Virgil is my other half for 46+ yrs.
