@ishouldplayzelda the Forevers do not want to see humanity destroy itself so focus on sending messages back to earth, thus it goes to the scientists in the song E=MC2 in their attempt using Time-Telepathy to send a message back in time to warn humanity of its downfall, Hence the 1st Ayreon's Album "The Final Experiment" begins its a sort of loop
