@stmbaah How anyone can describe this beautiful plane as 'horrible' astounds me. And remember, this British plane first flew in 1949. Type 1949 into Google images & look at the shapes & styles of that era. You'll see just how sleek & futuristic this amazing aeroplane was (& still is).

@WarrantForYou I think I can answer your question. I have this on DVD and it looks like it comes from "Wings Over the World" episode called "The Dream Becomes a Disaster".

This was the first plane with turbines?
It was so horrible at the beginning, for those early model with square windows, did they came back after took off?

@stmbaah This plane was a pioneer in get travel and no they did not have the square windows any more.
