It probably doesn't hurt him... it's probably just supperrr annoying and it doesn't help that he cant stand up to walk away from the puppy that keeps on jumping all over him. I dont think it was very nice to pin down the dog like that... im sure there are other ways the owners could have made meeting the puppy a little bit more eventful for him, instead of a whole bunch of annoying things happening to him all at once.

Um is it not obvious that the dog is trying to get you to LET HIM GO? What the fuck is the point of holding him down and letting a smaller dog annoy him? Honestly, give your dog away. Just do it.
