This is wrong in so many ways... i demand you to remove or fix this video. The acl is a very crucial ligiment. so... during the 3-4 months the acl goes through its weakest process. after surgery its even stronger than that point.. the acl goes through different points and steps of symptoms. strong even more strong then it goes to its weakest point and then full strength. and during that weakest period it would be very dangrous to so some of theses activities. these exercises are about 5-7 months
