I was at The Whiskey yesterday and saw these dudes play this song and let me tell you this track is fucking epic live, Josh Travis was slaying his guitar on stage.

@nostealthebucket9009 Oh, cool. Good to know!
-
@rosenbluntz Spasm is an octave below drop Bb. Yes, its drop tuned, but its still lower. I'll also add that Nebulous is Eb standard and Obsidian is drop Db.
-
@nostealthebucket9009 Spasm is drop tuned. The rest is f standard. drop e is one half step lower in range regardless of how the other 7 strings are tuned.
-
@rosenbluntz Simply- Meshuggah is lower. Listen to Nothing.

@nostealthebucket9009 Einstein said if you cannot explain something simply, you do not know it well enough.

@nostealthebucket9009 I am familiar with the tunings bro. Low E is lower than F. This is what I meant. I realize Gb drops to E therefore the whole deal is technically higher than F+Bb+Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb...So you just wanted to put your understanding of it out there, it's okay dude.

@DanteLeblanc No. Meshuggah uses a standard tuning (F standard (1/2 a step down)). Danza uses OPEN E (cheating, so wankydiddlywank = possible). If meshuggah were to drop the F to an Eb, they would be lower. Danza uses a lower BOTTOM string. thats it. the other 7 strings are tuned up (higher than standard, mind you). Meshuggah's other 7 strings are all 1/2 step lower than standard pitch. all in all danza has a lower bottom string. but meshuggah is lower, overall.
