Yields: 12 servings

Ingredients:
4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 medium apples
1 cup fresh cranberries
½ cup flour
½ cup quick cooking oats
½ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter, cold
¼ cup pecans, chopped


Preparation Directions:
~In a large bowl, beat sweet potatoes, cream cheese, and cinnamon until smooth. Spread evenly in a 11 x7 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
~In a food processor, place flour, oats, brown sugar and butter; process until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans and set mixture aside.
~Place apples and cranberries in a food processor and process until chopped. Spread over sweet potato mixture. Sprinkle with oat mixture.
~Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
