It looks like the passing rider's rear wheels hooked up with the other rider's front wheels, causing the tumble....I guess we need to highlight that danger to the riders when passing each other closely, always observe where your fellow racer is relative to you!

Yeah, looks like Coy's line got crossed too early after the overtake causing the tie-up - everyone's conscious of that now, not the kind of thing you want to happen too often
