u can ommit the raisins & peas. plus use spring roll wrapper instead of egg roll wrappper.its crunchier & crispier.

@freitasex ... I wasn't sure about the raisins, but they are truly what gives this dish a special taste. Thank you Thank you Thank you for sharing. The only thing I did different was instead of Ground pork I used Pork sausage. I just bought the wrong thing but it was AWESOME!
