@jalsante75 This is, in fact J,D, Sumner. I found the record. The record is called " The New, Very New Sound of The Stamps Quartet featuring J.D. Sumner. This record was produced by Skylite recording company. It was the first record J.D. did with The Stamps. I played both songs at the same time and they are exactly the same. Plus, all you have to do is listen to his voice to tell it is him. Thanks!

One more time with feeling!!! THIS IS NOT JD SUMNER!!!! I have been listening to JD for 35 years. I have been heavily involved in quartet music all my life, and I have been a quartet baritone/bass singer for 15. I know JD's voice when I hear it, and that isn't JD's voice. For one thing whoever is singing here does not turn notes like Jd, and thats like your signature. Someone may be able to copy your signature, but there will always be differences.

this is defiantly JD. if you listen to his earlier recordings and compare it to some more recent ones you can tell that his voice does start to go a little raspy.
