That's why I don't tip. It's a matter of favortism and not good work ethic. If you don't treat every customer equally, regular or somebody who stops in from out of town for 1 visit, the same, that's just sad. The money shouldn't drive your work ethic, you're there to do a job first and foremost.

I'm already a regualr at a bar...but that is all true...my bartender is AWESOME! he makes the best drinks and is so much fun to talk to! :)
