I was lucky enough to meet her years ago after her show, and she was so friendly and humble. It still rips my heart apart every time I look at the CD cover she inscribed to me. Her version of this song makes the original sound like a fart.

I have been listening to Laura's songs today, and came acrossed this one. It almost tore my heart out listening to it, as I am the same age LB was today, so she has been in my thoughts a lot lately. I know I don't feel super old at 47 ( although you youngsters might despute that!) Anyway I will always think of Laura as Forever Young, as she certainly wasn't old. Thanks so much for sharing your musical talents with all of us Laura, we will be forever grateful to you! <3

Thank you Tommy for this great clip! I was fortunate to have seen Laura several times and she was so amazing and kind! I saw her last show in Boston and was so stunned by her passing. I met her 1997 ( at the LV Hilton)after losing her husband and I could tell she was still so upset. I'm so glad she had you in her life those last few years! Thank you!
